Tasting Notes: Enticing aromas of wild raspberry and tangy red fruits envelope a smooth and fleshy palate with refreshing acidity and a bright finish.

Producer: Driven by his passion for winemaking, Adolfo de las Heras Marín founded Bodegas y Viñedos de Utiel in 1985. In the late 1990s when his son, Adolfo de las Heras Polo, took over, he began to produce wines with greater ageing in barrels, from different types of French oak that imbued the wines with greater complexity and distinction from Bodegas Nodus.

Winemaking: The grapes underwent a brief, cool maceration to impart the vibrant pink colour from the Bobal skins to the must. Fermentation took place at 16°C in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of fruit and retain the refreshing, crisp character.
