Tasting notes: A crisp and zesty Southern French blend which is easy-drinking in style and packed with peachy flavours, floral hints and citrus zest. Rounded and refreshing on the finish, this is very more-ish!

Producer: Humble in origin, but certainly not modest in taste. A perfect aperitif in any decent brasserie - they are both simple, but with just enough body and structure to stand up to a rich fish pie.

Winemaking: Each grape variety was fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel vats which retained the freshness and aromatic characters of each varietal. The wines were then blended together at the winery in Pizay.
