Tasting Notes: A crisp and fruity wine with delicate floral notes and vibrant green apple, grapefruit and pineapple flavours in a light and refreshing style.

Producer: Virgen de las Viñas is based in the up-and-coming region of Castilla la-Mancha and was founded in 1961 when 15 families joined forces to build a better future by focussing on producing quality wines from the region.

Winemaking: The grapes come from the Castilian plain, situated at 650 metres above sea level in Central Spain. The climate is continental, typical of the interior of the Iberian Peninsula, which is generally dry. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness.
