Producer: Bodegas Paniza is located in DO Cariñena in the Aragón province. Established in 1953, it combines tradition with innovation and over the past 10 years it has significantly invested in its state-of-the-art modern winemaking facilities. It has over 3,000 hectares of vineyard and cultivates native Spanish varieties alongside international ones.

Winemaking: Grape were fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness.
