Tasting Notes: Bright and aromatic with juicy stone fruit and a touch of refreshing citrus lead to a light and vibrant palate with a crisp, mouthwatering finish.

Producer: Bodegas La Purísima was founded in 1946 by several farmers who joined forces to improve the quality of Yecla wines. They have made significant improvement to the regions wines, including championing N.V (non-vintage) blends.

Winemaking: Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 15°C to retain the purity of fruit and varietal
characteristics. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain the freshness.
