Tasting notes: An intense cherry red colour with bright purple hints. Red and black fruit aromas of cherries and blackberries are interwoven with a subtle, spicy bay leaf character. On the palate the wine displays soft, sweet tannins, balancing acidity and a good structure.

Winemaking: Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days, with two to three pump overs per day in order to extract the desired levels of flavours, colour and fine tannins
