Tasting notes: Pale in colour, with abundant fresh strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant aromas and flavours, and a crisp, dry finish.

Producer: Saison de la Vigne is a contemporary producer highlighting the exceptional wines produced in the South of France using traditional varieties.

Winemaking: The grapes are picked fully ripe and macerated at a cool temperature for around 18 hours. They are then pressed slowly and gently in order to ensure the fresh fruit flavours are maximised. The wine undergoes a short period on lees before bottling.
