Tasting Notes: Brilliant pink, with fruity aromas of strawberries and plums and a full, fresh palate and a long, elegant finish.

Producer: Vermador wines are farmed and produced organically, with utmost respect to the natural environment of Alicante.

Winemaking: This single variety rosé is produced from our best Monastrell vines. After a soft de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are left macerating for 10 hours and then ferment for a few weeks. Temperatures do not exceed 16ºC in order to maintain as much youthfulness and freshness as possible in the wine.
